Newest update made this business App non-business. Needs fixed. Perhaps going back to old version which worked fine. SOON!!!!!!
New update needs a fix. Keeps asking me if I have to download a plugin..only had to answer once before....now I have to keep answering the plugin question at every log in.....before I log on to the Hospitals EMR...needs a fix...didn''t do that before the update. Also, have to find my app. Before it would automatically launch.This update was two steps backwards....PLEASE THIS IS TERRIBLE.
Last update is broken. Absolutely absurd this is taking so long to fix, just as everyone else has voiced. The credentials get accepted then just hangs until timeout. This is a business app, not a game, and this has been broken for over a month now.
Ever since the update, I can no longer launch Citrix. I have used it without issue before the update. Please review and correct this issue. I use this for business on my home computer.
Unable to launch application after update. Cases opened with Citrix. Do no upgrade to this version.
