There is no value if you are not paying $50 a month. Ridiculous price point... from free to $50?? Deleting this app.
You know, either make the app free or charge them up front. This app is free on the surface, but then only gives you info on some listings, not all. Some are "locked", where you can''t see any info on the listing unless you upgrade your membership. If you are looking to rent or buy, this is really frustrating, you are only getting a partial review of listings. Like I said, make it all free up fron...
This is listed as a free app - but majority of listings are only available if you pay a fee. Ridiculous! Would you pay to view the free ads in the newspaper?
Only a few free listings. Not worth downloading! I used this app a few years ago to find a commercial property and it was great. Now the app only lets you view like one out of ten listings for free, unless you pay $$$$$ per month.
The site tells you to download the free app... What it doesn''t tell you is that it costs $60 to use it for 24 hours if you want to be able to view any property.
