Mine was stuck on sync until I changed tabs and selected ''search on server''. Now it works great. I use SF Logger too, it''s good in the car.Making phone calls and saving them to the SF record, with notes, is one of the most useful things about SF mobile for me. 3 months ago

Why is it so difficult to get this thing to Sync. Great concept just looks like it was thrown together half assed. Don''t rely on this to know if you have an appointment or not, call your assistant!!! 3 months ago

Salesforce app is sorely lacking and Salesforce Touch apparently costs $150/user/month. Would at least love to fill up the whole iPhone 5 screen and the Sync issues need to be addressed. 4 months ago

First impression, it looks like a Nokia interface from the late 00s. Not sexy.Second impression, seems to be a lazy mobile site wrapped in an iOS app.Third impression, Tasks frequently crashes making it quicker to use my laptop to add stuff.Fourth impression, it kind of works most of the time so it''ll just about do for the moment.Note to Salesforce. Problematic

Like the calendar view on iphone 5 , but it does not sync. I have to delete and reinstall the app for it to pull data. 4 months ago

I recently received an iPhone from my company and have tried to use this app. Unfortunately all I get is an infinite sync. Two restarts later and I have to call the office so I don''t miss my logged appointment.Please fix this!!! 4 months ago

Worst app, I mean what good it is if it cannot even sync the data. Did not expect this from salesforce. Waste of time unless you want to uninstall - reinstall each time to get fresh data. 4 months ago

I am not seeing the crashes, but updates from other users don''t show unless I specifically search on the server for them. Also one mobile device per user kinda dumb. I think salesforce is still stuck in the stone age pc era. I use my pc as little as possible, most of my work happens on iPad and iPhone.No way to filter tasks. Why it can''t do everything, it is my perfect companion when I am on the road. I can find contacts quick, call them with a click and then log any activity i need to on a contact, account or opportunity. Problematic

More often than not, app fails to properly connect to salesforce, despite a good data connection (I can connect via the Dreamforce app). When a scan or picture fails, it takes a long time and several attempts to remove error popup. Latency when switching tabs is very slow. No back buttons, always have to refresh when going back to previous page. 4 months ago
